Professional Experience

As a new lawyer, I am beginning my career with a passion for immigration law. I enjoy not only assisting people with immigration and status issues related to work visas, and family relationships, but also protecting the rights of immigrants and refugees.

My Practice

My practice includes a wide range of services so that no stone is left unturned in helping my clients obtain or maintain their legal status in the United States. I handle family-sponsored and employment-based visas, asylum claims, deportation/removal defense, VAWA and U Visa applications, and Naturalization applications. As my client, you can expect excellent legal representation from an attorney who truly loves her work. I believe in my clients and will work diligently, keeping informed of the latest changes in the law, to ensure their cases are resolved as successfully as possible.

Throughout law school, I seized every opportunity to increase my knowledge of U.S. immigration law. I have experience defending non-citizens in their deportation/removal proceedings, as well as filing affirmative applications for family-sponsored visas, asylum, and relief for victims of domestic violence and other crimes. I have worked with clients hailing from all corners of the world and speak proficient Spanish.

Outside Activities and Personal Life

In my free time, I am an avid artist, making oil paintings and drawings, and I am also an amateur cook. I love to travel, especially internationally, which I feel helps keep me connected to my clients. So far, I have visited Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Uruguay, Argentina, Mexico, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Belize, Italy, France, Spain, Great Britain and Canada.

Please email me if you'd like to have me help you, or if you'd like more information.
