Experience: James worked as a prosecutor in Lincoln County DA's office in Newport, Oregon and Lane County DA's office in Eugene, Oregon.
James has extensive experience in criminal law. As a deputy district attorney James served as lead counsel on numerous jury and bench trials, including cases of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving, assault, property crimes such as theft and burglary, and drug possession and distribution.
James represents landlords in residential and commercial evictions, homeowners in construction defect cases and businesses in various types of contractual disputes.
James' philosophy is to provide clear and straightforward legal advice. He believes it is important to keep his clients fully informed throughout each and every stage of their case.
